Get to know me

My Story

I was born on a little island in Venezuela …

called Margarita Island and grew up with my older brother, my mom, my dad & my abuelo y abuela. Due to Venezuela’s situation, we were forced to leave our home. After moving around to so many countries, I decided to pursue the American Dream and move to the US by myself when I was a teen.

I landed in Florida to pursue a bachelor degree in media communications. Halfway through my program, my parents nearly went bankrupt and I was unable to get financial aid. Unfortunately, the laws in the US don’t favor people like us, so I was only allowed to work once a month and make at most $150.

The fear of going back home and being unable to help my parents was bigger than the fear of struggling in a country that didn’t want me. I decided to work for free as much as I could, and eventually got picked up by an internet media company that flew me out to LA to produce viral content for influencers.

This helped me get started in the viral marketing realm when I was only 18. 1 year after, I was graduating as a valedictorian and making the full move to LA to produce for megacreators.

In 2020, I decided to go solo and open up my own viral marketing agency, growing as an educator on multiple platforms, and strategizing for brands like TikTok, Tencent, Amazon, The Russo Brothers, Cricut, Universal Music Group & more.

I am now growing, learning, expanding & holding the doors for other Latines.

Why Casanova?

My ‘real’ name is Andrea Mora; but there was one person in my life that I wish to honor - my abuelita, my mamáma, Josefa Andrea Casanova.

She was my #1 supporter, and taught me all about manifestation, spirituality & love. Before she passed away on Valentine's Day, 2018 - she had been struggling with her vision. I promised her that once I got a well-paying job, that I would get her eye-sight back; and trust me, my family tried but the doctors said it was a risky procedure for someone her age.

She didn’t care, you know? Though she kept confusing planes with shooting stars, she still appreciated the beauty. So in this lifetime, I choose to be her eyes and see the world for her.
